- Whether something has prompted this, or whether it is planned assurance. Both are entirely normal; they lead to different work.
- Any timing constraint, and whether the work needs to be invisible to the people who use the building.
- Where you are. I work across the UK and Europe, and travel affects the price honestly rather than mysteriously.
